System design
The application connects personnel and financial planning, project coordination, and research-team management. It is designed around the organisationās own workflows, distinct from the public SeeD website and from statistical-automation tools.
The practical result
The system provides a common place to organise internal information rather than a public research product. Its management data, internal screens, and access details remain private. No efficiency gain has been measured or claimed here.
